The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

Immediate Past President C. M. Chan and Past President Melissa Pang attended the LAWASIA Executive Committee (“ExCo”) Meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam on 8 December. They currently serve on the LAWASIA ExCo as ExCo Member and Immediate Past President respectively on behalf of the Law Society.
