On 1 December 2021, the Law Society organised our third joint webinar with the Hyogo-Ken Bar Association. Speakers from Japan and Hong Kong provided detailed presentations on the procedure and enforcement of debt recovery from the perspectives of debtor and creditor under the law and practice of each jurisdiction. The webinar was well received by over 80 members from the two associations.

Representing the Law Society, Vice-Presidents Amirali Nasir and Roden Tong, Council Member Ronald Sum and Ms Olivia Kung, Member of the Standing Committee on External Affairs, took part in the event and shared their invaluable experiences on this topic with the attendees.

The event was concluded by closing remarks by Mr Roden Tong, Vice-President of the Law Society (left) and Mr Satoshi Soga, Vice President of Hyogo-Ken Bar Association (right).
