Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum
Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum 2024

Introduction

The Law Society of Hong Kong has been organising the Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum (“Forum”) annually since 2011 to provide a platform for lawyers from the Mainland, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong to exchange, learn, network and promote the development of legal businesses in the Greater China region. As one of the flagship events within the legal profession in Greater China, the Forum has attracted the participation of more than 2,600 young lawyers over the years.

This year’s Forum will be held on 20 September 2024 from 09:00 to 18:00 (Hong Kong Time) under the overarching theme “Artificial Intelligence”. The Main Session’s theme is “AI Application: Theory and Practice in Legal Services across the Straits”. There are three other sessions under the themes of “Industries Embracing AI: Laws, Regulations, Rights Protection, and Practical Challenges”, “ESG Implementation and Trends in the Context of AI” and “AI related Dispute Resolution” respectively.
