The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

On 31 October, a delegation of seven representatives led by the Deputy Director-General of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government Ms Yin Xiaomin visited the Law Society. Vice-President Careen Wong, together with Council member and Vice-Chairman of Greater China Legal Affairs Committee Neville Cheng received the delegation.
