The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

On 6 August, comprising mainly law students, a delegation from the East China University of Political Science and Law led by Professor Ma Le, Professor of Law and Deputy Dean of School of Foreign Affairs and Law and Associate Professor Dr Chen Bo, visited the Law Society. President Roden Tong, Council member and Vice-Chairman of Greater China Legal Affairs Committee (“GCLAC”) Neville Cheng and Vice-Chairman of the GCLAC James Wong received the delegation.
