The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

On 2 August, President Roden Tong and Vice-President Careen Wong received a delegation of 19 representatives of the Shenzhen Reform and Opening up Executive Leadership Academy. The delegation was led by Mr Jianfeng Rong, Director of Civil Service Division, Organization Department of CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee.
