The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

On 20 June 2024, President Roden Tong and Vice-President Careen Wong were invited to attend the 2024 Graduation Ceremony of Peking University Law School on behalf of the Law Society.
The occasion marked the culmination of the graduates’ academic journeys and their transition into the next chapter of their lives. At an exchange session before the ceremony, the President and Vice-President conveyed their heartfelt congratulations to the graduating class, acknowledging their hard work and immense potential in the legal field.
The graduation ceremony held particular significance as it coincided with the Law School’s 120th anniversary.
