The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

On 22 March 2024, then President C. M. Chan, then Vice-President and Chairman of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee Roden Tong, as well as Vice-President Christopher Yu were invited to attend the unveiling ceremony of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association Foreign-related Legal Services Chapter in Nansha, Guangzhou.
After the ceremony, the three representatives of the Law Society attended an exchange session on fostering closer collaboration between Hong Kong and Guangzhou lawyers. Attendees of the exchange session included Director of the Guangzhou Bureau of Justice Deng Zhongwen, Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Bureau of Justice He Youhan, President of Guangzhou Lawyers Association Huang Shan, as well as Chairman of Guangzhou Lawyers Association Foreign-related Legal Services Chapter Junius Ho.
